River City Brass Band - This Thursday Night!

River City Brass Band presents a "preview" concert at the Carnegie Library of Homestead's Music Hall on April 29th. These concerts serve as a more informal "dress rehearsal" to which the community is invited. The Library was designed in the French Renaissance style and sits on a hillside overlooking the great expanse of the former location of Andrew Carnegie's Homestead Steel Works along the Monongahela River. This venue is handicapped accessible - however, there is limited wheelchair seating. This "preview" concert is a general admission event -- tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door the evening of the performance. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Purchase online here http://www.rcbb.com/buy_tix.php

Chornomors’k Central Public Library

Meet Our Sister Library!

The Coast

In contrast to the southern coast of Crimea, The
Chornomorske County (region) does not have a large flora.
However, it has many other advantages which makes the area a great
resort. One of them is our long and gradual coast of sand beaches.

Parents love to spend time here with their children.
There is an amusement park right next to beaches. People who
enjoy quieter places can relax on our less populated beaches.
Slowly Crimea is becoming a famous and popular resort.
New restaurants and clubs are
emerging and enriching the night life of our town.
